Total Confra Solutions Private Limited is located at Plot No. El 28 in the TTC Industrial Area, which is part of the MIDC in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. We handle various construction and infrastructure solutions from our base here. It is a very practical place to work because we are close to our suppliers and the main roads. The office isn't about looks; it is about having enough space for our files and a place to sit down and figure out the logistics of our next project. We have been in the Mahape area for some time and have gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. Our staff are mostly locals who know their way around a building site. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or corporate jargon that nobody really understands. Instead, we just talk about the work that needs to be done today and how we are going to get it finished. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure the right people are in the right places. Sometimes things break or get delayed, and we just deal with it and move on. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things properly and keep the work moving. It's a simple approach but it works for us.
