You can find us at B-601 in the Grishma building, which is part of Prakruti Park. It’s located near Raj Ratna Park on the Ghodbunder Road in Thane. Anyone who lives in Thane knows how busy G.B. Road has become over the years. Our office is right in the middle of all that growth. We are contractors, so we are usually busy with various building sites across the district. This apartment serves as our headquarters where we store our tools, do the billing, and meet with our foremen. It’s a lived-in space with plenty of files and maps of Thane pinned to the walls. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We spend most of our time out on the sites, checking that the work is going according to the plan. Thane is a big place with lots of new construction, and we are just trying to do our part. We handle the daily headaches like material delays or rainy weather stopping the work. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know how the local authorities work and where to find the best supplies. It is not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We value the relationships we have with our workers and the people we build for. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving, but we do our best every single day.
