TIRUPATI ESTATE DEVELOPERS LLP is located over in Bhayandar East. We have a shop office, number 5, in the Krishna Dham CHS building. It’s right on BP X Road No 5, and we are quite close to the Swani Narayan Mandir. You can often hear the bells or the general bustle from the temple area. The office is a bit small, but we managed to fit everything we need into Shop No 5. We deal with estate development, which mostly means a lot of talking to contractors and checking on various legal permissions. The 401105 area is our main focus. The office walls are covered with some old project photos and a big calendar that’s marked up with all sorts of deadlines. We drink a lot of chai during the day to keep our energy up. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big corporate team, just us handling the paperwork and meeting people who want to buy or sell property. The street outside is always busy with bikes and people walking to the temple. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking nearby, which can be a bit of a headache for visitors. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know where to find us. It’s an honest living and we just keep our heads down and do the work. The office feels lived-in and comfortable, with a floor that needs a good sweep every evening.
