Being at Flat No. A/002 in Bhagirathi Garden makes it easy for people to find us, though the noise from the buses can be a bit much sometimes. Our office is basically a converted flat, which gives it a very homey and informal feeling. You won't find any marble lobbies here. Instead, there are files tucked into corners and a few chairs for when people stop by to talk about their housing projects. We are right in the heart of Thane district, so we are always busy with something. Construction is a messy business, and our office reflects that sometimes with samples of tiles or bricks lying around. We spend our days talking to laborers, checking on the progress of our current builds, and making sure we have enough supplies. It's a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the ledgers. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; we just rely on the fact that we’ve been in Ambarnath for a while. Most of our day is spent dealing with the practical problems that come up on a building site. It’s not always pretty, but we get the structures up. We like being near the bus stand because it keeps us connected to the rest of the town.
