Texmech Engineers

Our workshop, Texmech Engineers, is tucked away in Room No. 1 of Jahangir Colony, right in Savarkar Nagar. It’s a small space, but we’ve managed to fit in most of the tools we need for the engineering jobs we take on. Most of the time, the room is filled with the smell of cut metal and engine oil. We aren’t a big company with many departments; it’s just a few of us working on mechanical parts and fixing whatever machines people bring in. The colony is a lively place, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the door. Sometimes we have to work late to finish a specific part, and the light from our shop is the only one left on in this corner of the building. We’ve been here long enough that the locals know where to find us if they have something that needs a bit of engineering work. It’s not the cleanest environment because there are always metal shavings on the floor, but we try to sweep up at the end of the day. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people telling their friends that we did a decent job on their project. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it works for us. Savarkar Nagar is our home base, and we like being part of the neighborhood here. We just focus on the metalwork and try to stay out of trouble. It is just a small local shop.
