TECHTRON BUILDCONS LLP is over in Mira Road, specifically in Sector 1. Our office is at 47/001 Girnar Shantinagar CHS Ltd. If you live in Thane or the Mira area, you know how busy these residential societies can get. We have been operating from this ground-floor unit for a while now. It's a bit of a tight space because we have stacks of blueprints and folders everywhere. Most days, the ceiling fan is humming, and there is a lot of talk about cement prices or which contractor is available for the next phase of a project. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Our desks are old, and the chairs probably need replacing, but it works for what we need. Being in Shantinagar means we are right in the middle of where people live, which makes sense for a buildcon firm. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers and checking on site progress across Thane. There is always someone coming in or out with a delivery or a question about a renovation. It gets dusty, and things can get a bit disorganized when we have multiple projects going on at once, but that is just how the construction business goes around here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks of managing the building sites we have on our plate right now.
