We are TCBD BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED. Our main spot is Shop No. 1 in the Gurudev Society. If you are in Dombivli, specifically the Azadegaon area, you probably know the Datta Mandir nearby. We are right by that temple. It is a local neighborhood and we like being part of it. Our office is not big, just a shop front where we keep our files and meet with people about building projects. We are a private limited company, but since we are based in a society like Gurudev, it feels very much like a community business. We do a lot of work around Dombivli and the surrounding areas. It is not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything. It is just a regular shop where we plan out our construction work. We have spent a lot of time getting to know the locals and how things work in this part of town. Having the Datta Mandir so close is a good landmark for anyone coming to see us for the first time. We focus on getting the jobs done and making sure the buildings are solid. There is always something to do, whether it is checking on a site or dealing with the local authorities. We are not interested in sounding bigger than we are. We are just a team of builders and developers working out of Azadegaon, trying to make a living and do a decent job for our clients.
