Swayam Siddhi College of Management and Research is based in Kalwa West, Thane. You can find us at B 22, Sumati Niwas, right on Station Road. Being so close to the Kalwa railway station means there is a constant flow of students and commuters passing by our doors from early morning until late at night. It is a very lively area, though it can get quite dusty and loud with all the rickshaws and buses. Our space in Sumati Niwas is dedicated to the administrative and research side of the college. We spend a lot of time talking to students about their classes or helping them with their management studies. It is not a sprawling campus with big fields; it is a practical urban setup where we focus on learning. The rooms are filled with books, project reports, and computers. Our staff is mostly local, and we understand the challenges students face when balancing study and work in a city like Thane. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just an educational institution trying to provide a space for people to improve their skills. Sometimes the monsoon makes the station road difficult to walk on, but the students still show up. It is a hardworking environment where the goal is simply to get through the curriculum and help people get their degrees.
