College Of Physiotherapy

So this is the College Of Physiotherapy over on Vasai Road West in Mumbai. We are located in Doctors House at Plot No. 44 which is right near the Vartak Polytechnic. If you are familiar with the Shastri Nagar area you will know it is a very busy spot. The building is shared with other offices so there are always people coming and going in the hallways. Our floor usually has the sound of people trying to walk again or doing their physical exercises with the students. It is not a quiet library type of college at all it is very hands-on and active. We have these treatment tables and some basic equipment for the students to practice their techniques on. It gets pretty humid here being so close to the coast so the windows are usually kept wide open to catch a breeze. The staff here are mostly local people who have been in the medical field for many years. We do not have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and see people working and learning. It is a bit cramped sometimes when a new batch of students arrives for the term but we always make it work. Most of our graduates end up working in the local clinics around Maharashtra helping people get back on their feet. It is a messy and very human place to be. We have been at this address 401202 for a good while.
