Suryausha Infra Developers Private Limited

We are Suryausha Infra Developers Private Limited, and we work out of Badlapur. Our office is in the Ivy building, which is part of the Mohan Highlands complex over in Katrap. If you know the area, we are right near Shantaram Dhaba. It’s a nice enough spot in Thane. We have been working on various infrastructure things around here for some time. We’re located in flat 202 of building number 09. It’s not a flashy office or anything, just where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to work. Badlapur has grown a lot lately, so there’s always something being built or dug up. We find ourselves quite busy with the local growth. Our team is small, mostly people from around this area who understand how things work in this part of Maharashtra. We don't spend a lot on marketing because the work usually speaks for itself when people see the sites. Sometimes the commute to different parts of Thane takes a while, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure the foundations are right and the walls go up straight. It’s a basic business run by people who live right here in the community. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our commitments to the people we work with. There is always a lot to do, so we just keep moving.
