Surjail Buildcon Llp is based over here in Thane, specifically on the 6th floor of Vikas Palms on Dr. Ambedkar Road. Being up in unit 603 gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at blueprints and spreadsheets all day. Thane is growing so fast, and we wanted to be a part of that change. We don't have a massive team with fancy titles, just a few of us who know how building works. Most of our morning is spent answering phones and trying to coordinate deliveries. It gets pretty loud on Ambedkar Road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We deal with the practical side of construction, like getting permits and making sure the concrete shows up on time. It is not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We’ve had our fair share of mistakes over the years, but we always try to fix them instead of making excuses. That is just how we were raised to work. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. We just rely on the work we finish to show what we can do. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but we don't mind taking the stairs if we have to get things moving.
