Our place is at Plot R 268 in the TTC Industrial Area, right in the heart of Rabale. It’s one of those big MIDC zones where you see trucks everywhere and the air always feels like work is being done. We spend our days around packaging machinery, which means there’s a lot of metal, wires, and testing going on. The workshop isn't exactly quiet, and we usually have a few machines running at once to make sure everything is calibrated correctly. It can get pretty humid here, being so close to the creek, so we’re always dealing with that. We don’t really have a big corporate office; it’s mostly just the factory floor and a small corner where we keep the computer and the files. Most of our staff have been coming to this same plot for years, so we’re like a little family. We have our routines, like the morning meeting over tea where we discuss what needs to be shipped out. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build the machines, test them, and send them to the people who ordered them. Sometimes parts are late or a client changes their mind about a design, and we just have to adjust on the fly. It’s not always smooth, but we enjoy the challenge of figuring out how to make a piece of equipment work better for someone’s factory.
