Sunset Estates Llp

We've been running Sunset Estates Llp out of our Sanpada office for a while now. It's up on the ninth floor of the Bhumiraj Costarica building. If you know Sector 18, you've probably walked past it once or twice without noticing. We deal with property stuff every day here. It’s not always an easy ride, but it keeps the lights on. Most of our work happens right in the local neighborhood. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and maps everywhere. We aren't a big fancy operation with a glass front. It's just a few of us working together at old desks. Sometimes the lift takes forever to get to 903, which is a bit of a pain. That’s just how it is in these big buildings. We try to handle things as they come. People stop by to talk about land or houses they want to sell. Some days are quieter than others and we just sit and drink tea. We don't have a big reception desk or a person in a suit greeting you. Just us. Sanpada has changed a lot since we started out. There are more buildings now and it feels way more crowded than it used to. We just keep doing what we do. It's a job like any other really. We focus on the tiny details of the deals on our table. Nothing too complicated, just real estate work.
