Sundarshyam Constructions Private Limited is located at Row 4 in Gaurav Enclave. It is a rowhouse type R1, specifically near the Miraroadclub in the Mirbhyard area. We are tucked away behind Greencourt. It’s a bit of a residential feel for an office, which we actually quite like. It keeps things grounded. We’ve been doing construction for a while and having our base here in Mira Road works out well for us. The office is where we handle all the boring but necessary stuff like permits and bills. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular rowhouse where we’ve set up some desks and filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to site supervisors and making sure materials get where they need to go. Sometimes it feels like we’re always playing catch-up, but that’s just how the building business is. We try to stay organized, even when things get messy on a project. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do good work for the people who hire us. Being behind Greencourt makes it easy for our local workers to find us. We’re just a bunch of regular people trying to run a decent business and build things that last. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy. We mostly just keep our heads down and get on with things.
