Sun Realty Infra Llp

We're located in Mira Road East, right on Station Road. Our office is B-67/504 in the Moreshwer Shantinagar society. It’s in Sector-1, so it’s quite a busy spot with people coming and going from the station all the time. Sun Realty Infra Llp is the name on our door. We do basic infrastructure and realty work around this part of Thane. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the growth in Mira Road. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons usually in the office handling the administrative side. It’s not a very fancy setup. It’s just a practical space where we can get our work done. We’ve got a small group of people here. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the noise from the station road, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on the local projects that matter to this neighborhood. There’s always a new building going up or some road work happening nearby. We just try to stay on top of our own projects. It’s mostly about making sure the builders are doing what they should and that the supplies arrive on time. We don't have any corporate manuals. We just talk to people and get things sorted out. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, just trying to be a useful part of the community.
