SUMIT MHATRE INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED

We have been operating out of the Dev Corpora building in Thane for a good while now. Sumit Mhatre Infrastructure Private Limited handles different types of construction and groundwork around the Khopat area and other parts of the city. Most days our office is just busy with people trying to keep up with the schedules and making sure the sites are actually moving along. It is a lot of back and forth between the desk and the ground teams. We are not a huge company with fancy offices in every city, just a local team working from our space in Panchpakdi. The office usually looks a bit messy with maps, rolls of blueprints, and half-empty tea cups lying around. Building things is never as easy as it looks on paper, especially with the crazy weather we get here, but we manage to get through the daily hurdles. Our crew has stayed pretty much the same over the last few years, which is good because everyone knows how things are supposed to work. We do not spend time on big ads or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects nearby while driving. Sometimes things get delayed because of supplies or heavy rain, but that is just part of the industry in Maharashtra. We focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the structures are solid enough to last. Dealing with local permits takes up a big chunk of our time too. Seeing a project finally finish is always a good feeling.
