Our office is over on Mithbunder Road in Thane East. We are in the Gulmohar Society, at number two. It is a handy location for us and easy for people to find. We do specialty infrastructure work. This means we take on jobs that need a bit more technical focus than just standard building projects. Thane East is a good place to be based because we can get around to different sites fairly easily from here. The office is often a bit cluttered with tools, hard hats, and technical drawings, but we know exactly where everything is. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day we might be doing calculations and the next we are out on a site getting our hands dirty. We aren't the type of people who like sitting behind a desk all day long. We prefer being where the actual work is happening. The neighborhood is okay, and we have our favorite tea stall nearby where we sit and talk about the day's tasks. We don't go in for big presentations or fancy corporate talk. We just show the work we've already done and explain how we can help with a new project. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we have to work Sundays too if a project is running behind. We just get on with it without making a fuss. That’s how we do things in Thane.
