You can find us over in CBD Belapur, specifically in Sector 11. We are located on the 6th floor of the B-63 building on Plot 62. Being up on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, though we are mostly looking at other office buildings. The office is a busy spot for us where we handle all the venture planning and the technical side of the projects. It is a standard office setup with a lot of desks pushed together and cables everywhere. We have a lot of meetings here throughout the week with engineers and different vendors. It gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we usually wait or bring our own food from home. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, so the phones are always ringing. We aren't big on decorations; the walls are mostly covered with project calendars and some safety notices. It’s a practical workspace for a team that spends a lot of time thinking about how to build things properly. We’ve been in this sector for a bit now, and we know the neighborhood well. It’s a good central spot for the kind of work we handle across the region, making it easy to reach various sites in Navi Mumbai.
