SSV BUILDCON LLP

SSV Buildcon LLP is based out of the Landmark Cooperative Housing Society in Sector 14. We are over in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, and you can find us at A2. It is a pretty normal residential area, which suits us just fine because we are not really into the big corporate office scene. Most of the time, our office is empty because we are out at different construction sites checking on progress. Building things in Navi Mumbai keeps us pretty busy. We deal with everything from the initial digging to the final bits of paint. It is not always smooth sailing. Sometimes we run into issues with the ground or the weather, especially when the monsoon hits and everything turns into a mud pit. We just deal with it as it comes. We are not interested in using fancy words to describe what we do. We just build. Our team is small and we have worked together for a long time now. We know each other’s habits and how to get the job done without too much fuss. We do not do a lot of advertising. Most people find us because someone they know told them about us. That is the way we like it. We spend our mornings drinking tea and going over the day's schedule. It is a straightforward life, and we are happy to be working in Vashi. We just keep our tools ready and move onto the next task.
