You can find us on the second floor of Spring Avenue, right near the Milestone Hospitality and the Cinemax. We’re located in the Khadakpada area, specifically across from the B ward KDMC office. It’s a pretty recognizable spot if you’re from around here. Sri Kri Nirmitee LLP is basically a small team of us working out of this office to manage our various projects. Being in S No 61 H No 1P means we’re centrally located, which helps when we have to run between different sites in the city. We don't spend much on flashy signs or big ads. Most people find out about us because they saw one of our sites or talked to someone we’ve worked for before. Construction and development work is always a bit chaotic, and our office often reflects that, with papers and samples scattered around. We just try to stay organized enough to get the jobs done right. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the local market and seen how Khadakpada has grown over the years. It’s a lot of responsibility, and we don't take it lightly, but we don't feel the need to sound like a corporate machine either. We’re just local people who understand the building trade and enjoy seeing a project through to the end. If you’re ever near the Cinemax, you’re basically right at our doorstep. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn't have it any other way than doing this work.
