Squire Stone Builders And Developers Llp is based in Mira Road East, at the Seven Eleven Complex. Our shop is number 5, and we’re on the ground floor of the E Wing. It’s located right on Kanakia Road. This part of Mira Road is always moving and there are people everywhere. Our shop is a busy little place where we handle all our building and development work. It’s not a large office, just a shop front really. We’ve got a couple of tables and some chairs for when people come in to ask about our projects. We chose this specific spot because Kanakia Road is a good central location for everyone. People know the Seven Eleven Complex very well. We do a lot of the work ourselves, so we aren’t always sitting in the office. If the door is open, it means someone is there to talk. We have a lot of samples and architectural drawings lying around the place. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don’t go in for fancy talk or corporate branding. We’re just builders who know the local area and the people. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood. We like it that way. It’s a grounded business and we take things one day at a time. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for anyone to just pop in and ask a quick question or check on things.
