We are based in Thane, specifically on the 6th floor of the Satra Properties building. It’s a busy spot. Most of us have lived in Maharashtra our whole lives, so we know how the property market fluctuates around here. Dealing with real estate isn't always easy. There are a lot of details to track and people to talk to every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting in the office at 605. It's not a huge place, but it works for what we need. We handle property matters without too much fuss. Sometimes people come in looking for advice or to check on their documents. We try to be honest about what’s happening, even if the news isn't what someone wants to hear. Market prices go up and down and we just track it. It’s a practical business. We aren't doing anything fancy or revolutionary. We just help manage properties and keep the records straight. There's a lot of competition in Thane, but we just focus on our own desk. Some days are slow and others are completely packed with meetings. That’s just the rhythm of the work we do. We’ve been at this for a while now and we know the local neighborhoods pretty well. It’s just a regular job for us, really. There’s always a lot of paperwork to file and people to call back, but we manage to get through it eventually.
