Our office is in Hamirmal Tower, specifically A-106, which is right on Station Road in Bhayander West. If you’ve ever been to Bhayander, you know how busy Station Road gets. It’s basically the heart of the area with people rushing to catch trains and shops everywhere. We are located right opposite Ram Bhavan, so that’s a good landmark to look for. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to pop in without having to wait for the elevator forever. The office at Spacelease is pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets that are usually overflowing. It’s not a quiet place because of all the activity on the street outside, but we like the energy. Most of our day is spent talking to people or sorting out lease agreements. It’s a lot of practical work, and we don't really have time for corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just deal with things as they come. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the noise from the station, but that’s just life in Bhayander. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we feel like a part of the local scene. We don't try to look like a big firm from South Mumbai; we are just a local business doing our thing. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure everyone is on the same page before the day ends.
