Southfield Infra LLP

We’ve got a small office over at Kadri Colony in Thane, right across from the Sohail Hotel. It’s in building number one, unit seven. If you know the area, it’s a pretty lively spot with plenty of local shops and people coming and going. We started Southfield Infra because we saw a lot of potential for new work in this part of Maharashtra. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a few of us who know the ins and outs of the construction and infrastructure world. Most days involve us checking on sites or dealing with the logistics of moving materials around. The office is our home base where we keep the paperwork and take our phone calls. It’s not a very fancy place, but it gets the job done for us. We like being in a neighborhood where we can just step out and grab a quick snack or a tea while we talk about the day's tasks. There’s always something going on in Thane, and being based here keeps us close to our projects. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. We just look at what needs to be built and figure out the best way to do it with what we have. Sometimes things get delayed, but we just work through it. That’s just the nature of the business we are in, and we just try to keep things moving as best as we can every day.
