Snowglobe Construction Private Limited

If you know Vashi, you probably know Sector 17. It’s always crowded near Arneja Corner where we are based. Our office is number 517 on the fifth floor. Snowglobe Construction Private Limited started out with just a couple of people and now we have a proper space here in Navi Mumbai. It’s a construction business, so there is usually a lot of dust on our boots when we come back from the sites. We handle things like building work and making sure the structures are solid. The Plot-71 area is quite convenient for us because the station isn't too far away, although parking is a nightmare sometimes. We don't spend all day in the office because someone always has to be out checking on the progress of a wall or a floor. It’s practical work. We use simple tools and follow the plans we’re given. The staff here mostly stays to themselves, just drinking coffee and getting through the daily list of tasks. We deal with a lot of contractors and laborers throughout the month. Navi Mumbai is a bit different from the main city, feels a bit more planned out but still has its own chaos. We are just trying to keep the projects moving along. It’s not always easy with the weather and the delays that happen in this business, but we manage somehow. Anyway, that’s basically what goes on here daily.
