We set up our office in the Arenja Plaza building in Sector-15, CBD-Belapur. We’re in the I-Wing, and our space covers offices 401 through 405. Being based in Navi Mumbai is great because there is a lot of space for development, and the roads are generally much better than in the main city. We focus on making homes, which is exactly what our name says. It’s not a complicated business model. We find sites, plan out some apartments, and then get to work. Most days are spent dealing with various permissions or talking to suppliers about costs. We have a bit of a larger space here because we need room for the staff and all the project documentation. It’s a professional environment but we don’t really care for the stiff corporate vibe. We’d rather just talk plainly about what needs to be done. We’ve been in this sector for a bit and have seen how much Belapur has changed over the years. We just try to keep building decent places for families to live in. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If a project looks good, people usually buy in. We just try to stay honest about timelines and costs, even when there are delays. It’s a tough industry with a lot of moving parts, but we’ve got a good rhythm going here at Arenja Plaza. We’re usually in by nine and stay until the work is finished.
