Our unit is 101, right on the first floor. It’s pretty easy to find because we are right behind the Hypercity Mall. That area is always full of people shopping or heading home, so there’s a lot of energy around. Being on the first floor means we see a lot of the activity in the complex. The office is just a regular room with our equipment and a bunch of files. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to work. It’s a practical space for us to manage everything. Sometimes the noise from the mall traffic gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it by now. We spend most of our hours here answering emails and keeping the books updated. It’s a professional enough setup, but it feels more like a local workplace than a corporate headquarters. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for making coffee and tea. Most of the people who come by are either residents of the complex or folks we’ve known for a long time. It’s a good, solid place to be based, right in the heart of a growing part of Thane.
