Sks Builders & Developer Private Limited is situated at Sheetal Height on the Mira Bhaindar Road. Our office is room 202. Mira Road is a very busy part of the city, and Pleasant Park, where we are located, is always full of activity. You can hear the traffic and the people all day long from our windows. We have been working in this area for a while now. We are just a small team of developers. Our office isn't a showroom with fancy lights. It is a working office with stacks of papers, samples of building materials, and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend most of our time dealing with the realities of construction in a crowded area. There are always challenges with permits or logistics, but we just handle them as they come. We don't have a corporate spokesperson. We just talk to our clients directly. We know the Mira Bhaindar area very well because we spend so much time here every day. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when everyone is in, but it works for us. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. We just try to get the projects finished as best as we can. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we are used to it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the job at hand.
