SINGA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

Singa Buildcon Private Limited is based out of RH-8 in the Mehul CHS. We are located right at Plot No-3 which is quite close to the Gaondevi Mandir in Thane. This part of Thane is usually pretty busy especially during the festival times when the temple has lots of people visiting. Our office isn't anything special to look at but it gets the job done for us. We spend most of our days here handling paperwork and talking to people who come by. The building is older but it’s sturdy enough for what we need. Sometimes finding parking near the CHS is a real pain so we mostly walk if we can help it. There are a few of us working here now. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years since we set up shop at Plot No-3. Some of the old trees are gone and there are more cars now than there used to be. It’s just the way things go I guess. We try to keep our space tidy but with all the files and drawings lying around it usually looks a bit cluttered. It feels more like a workspace that way though. If you are looking for us just head toward the mandir and you will find the building eventually. It’s just a normal local business place really. Nothing more and nothing less for the folks here in Thane.
