Silk Treat Salon

We are located in Shop Number G/A 12 inside the New Lake City Mall. It is right at the Kapur Bawadi Junction on Ghodbunder Road. If you are walking around the mall, we are near the Wood Land store, so we get a lot of people who are just browsing the shops and stop in. The junction outside is always jammed with cars, so it’s actually a nice break to come inside the mall where it is cooler. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the mall change over the years. Our shop is one of those places where you can just come in and relax for a bit while the world goes by outside. We don’t go for anything too flashy. The floor is clean, the mirrors are big, and we keep our stuff organized. Most of our customers are from the apartments nearby in Thane West. They come in on weekends or after work to get sorted out. It’s a steady pace of work. We talk about the weather or the traffic mostly. Sometimes the mall music gets a bit repetitive, but you get used to it after a while. We just focus on what we’re doing with our hands and the tools. It’s a good spot because people can get their shopping done and then visit us. We just keep things moving and try to make sure everyone leaves feeling a bit better than they did before.
