Shubram Constructions has been operating out of Dombivali for a good bit now. Our main spot is in Sakar Residency, specifically A-602, over in the Patharli area of Thane. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city hubs, which suits us just fine. We handle various construction jobs around the GOG-Rasswadi area. Dealing with building projects in Thane means you have to be ready for anything, especially with how much the weather changes. We’re just a local group of people who understand how houses and buildings need to be put together. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. You can find us at the office most mornings before we head out to the sites. It's a lot of coordination, making sure the materials show up and the guys know where to start. We’ve had our fair share of long days and missed lunches, but that is part of the trade. If you’ve spent any time in Dombivali East, you’ve probably seen some of the work we’ve been involved in. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to put up decent structures that last. It's practical work for practical people, and we plan to stay right here in Thane doing it for as long as we can. Our team is small, but we know the local neighborhoods well and always try to finish what we start, even when things get tough.
