Shubhkaj Construction Private Limited

We are based out of Flat B-701 in the Shubham building. That is in the B-Wing of Balaji Aangan over in Thakurli. Being in Dombivali East means we are right in the middle of everything. We started Shubhkaj Construction Private Limited because there were a lot of people moving into this part of Thane and they needed someone local to handle their construction needs. It is a bit crowded around here but we like the energy. Our office is just a regular flat really. It makes it easier to talk to neighbors and see what is actually going on in the area. We do a lot of small and medium jobs. Sometimes it’s just fixing up a place or helping someone add a bit of space to their home. We don’t have a massive crew but the people we do have are hard workers. They show up even when the trains are late which happens a lot around here. Dealing with the rain in Maharashtra can be a pain for construction but we manage. You get used to it after a few years of working on sites. We try to keep things quiet for the other people in the building when we are doing the paperwork side of things. Mostly we are just happy to be working in our own community. It’s better than commuting all the way to Mumbai every single day. We like the local vibe of Thane a lot.
