SHRI KRUPA BUILDCON (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We’ve got a small place set up over at 702 Sadashiv Peth. It’s a very traditional part of Pune, and we’ve been here for a good bit of time now. Operating under the name Shri Krupa Buildcon (OPC) Private Limited, we handle various construction tasks. The office is tucked away in an old neighborhood where the streets can be quite narrow. It makes for a busy atmosphere with people always walking past. We don't have any of those modern office features you see in the newer parts of the city. It’s just some simple furniture and a lot of folders. Our day starts with a cup of tea and a look at the to-do list for the various sites we are managing. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. Most people find out about us from their friends or neighbors. Being a one-person company setup means there is a lot of responsibility on a few shoulders. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the number of regulations we have to follow, but we just take it one day at a time. The office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoon, so we usually open the windows to let some air in. It’s a humble spot, but it works for us. We know the people around here and they know us. That’s more than enough to keep the business going in Sadashiv Peth. We just keep working every single day.
