We are based out of shops 1 and 2 in the Sai Darshan Apartment building, right near the old ice factory in Vasai. It's a handy location because most people know where the factory is, so they don't get lost trying to find us. Being in Thane means it gets pretty humid, and our office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans going. Shreeyash Buildtech is basically just a small team of us handling construction and technical building stuff. We have a lot of samples and blueprints stacked up on the shelves. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The noise from the street outside is constant, with rickshaws and delivery trucks going by all day. We do a lot of work for neighbors and folks in the local area. Sometimes we're dealing with plumbing issues, other times it’s full-scale building work. We don't really do much advertising; most people just hear about us from someone else. It's a lot of physical labor and making sure the measurements are right. We drink a lot of tea while we talk over project details. It’s just regular work for regular people. We try to be fair and get the job done without any unnecessary drama. That’s how we've always operated here in Vasai, and we don't see any reason to change it now. We just stay busy with whatever comes our way next.
