Our office is located at SH12 in the Salasar Govardhan building in Bhayander West. We are right near the flyover bridge in the Salasar Brij Bhoomi area of Thane. It is a fairly easy place to find, which is good for our suppliers and the people we work with. We are in the EPC business, so we deal with the engineering, the purchasing of materials, and the actual construction of projects. Most of our time is spent trying to coordinate between the different vendors and making sure our sites are making progress. The office is a working space that is often filled with rolls of site plans and different material samples. We have a small staff that takes care of the accounting and the logistics from here. Bhayander is a busy area, and being near the bridge means we hear the traffic all day long. We don't bother with the whole corporate suit-and-tie environment because we are usually out at a site or moving materials around. We just focus on getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. There are always challenges like getting the right permits or dealing with rain delays during the monsoon season, but we just work through them. We have been working in the Thane and Mumbai area for a long time and we know how things work here. It is just a practical, hands-on business for us.
