We are over here at Flat No-404 in the Kapstone building. It is part of the Rustamjee Urbania area in Thane, right behind Vrundav. Most days you will find us busy with paperwork or out at a site checking on how things are going. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the real work done. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to build things that actually last. Being in Maharashtra means dealing with the weather and local rules, but we have figured it out over the years. Some people ask why we chose this spot, but it is just convenient for getting around Thane and reaching the projects on time. We don't spend much on big ads. Usually, people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends who saw our work before. It is a small team here, mostly just local folks who grew up around these streets. We use simple tools and try to keep things moving without too much fuss. Sometimes the traffic near the Atelier B-Wing is a bit much, but that is just part of living in this city. We keep our tools ready and our boots dirty. If you are walking around Rustamjee, you might see our truck parked somewhere nearby. We just do the work as it comes and try to stay honest about what can be done without overcomplicating everything for our neighbors.
