Shree Samarath Construction and Builders Private Limited is located at 234/2, Plot No. 52 in the Mazgavkar Colony. This is over in Kalambe, which is part of Thane. It’s a local neighborhood, and our office fits right in. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a few people who know how to put buildings together. Our setup in the colony is pretty basic. We have our desks, our phones, and a lot of project notes pinned to the walls. We spend our days talking to masonry workers, checking on material costs, and visiting the sites we have going on around Thane. It’s not a glamorous job. You end up with dust on your shoes most days, and there’s always some new problem to solve. We don't use fancy talk or try to impress people with big presentations. We just show up and do the work we said we would do. Mazgavkar Colony is a good place for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We’ve been around for a while and have seen the area change a lot. Construction is a tough business, but we enjoy seeing a building actually get finished. We just keep things practical and move from one job to the next. It’s a steady life for us here in the Thane area.
