You can find us over at Shree Shradha Avenue, right in Sector 20 of Kamothe. It’s unit 202. Navi Mumbai has really changed a lot since we first started out. It used to be much quieter, but now there’s construction everywhere you look. We do building work, hence the name Buildcon. We’re just a regular group of people working out of a small office in Thane district. Kamothe is a busy area, lots of families moving in. We mostly work on local housing projects or small commercial spots. We don’t have a massive corporate staff or anything like that. It’s usually just a few of us handling the site visits and the office work at the same time. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days we’re mostly out checking on materials. It’s a lot of coordination with different workers and suppliers. We’ve had this office for a while and it suits us fine. People in the building know us. We try to be helpful when neighbors ask about what’s going up next in the sector. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we’re used to it. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the job as best as we can. It’s a local business and we’re proud to be part of the Kamothe community. There is always a lot of traffic on the way to the sites, but that's just life here in Navi Mumbai.
