Our office for Shree Sai Raj Homes Llp is located in Sea Spring Apartments. We are over in Sector-6 of Nerul, specifically at Flat 101 on Plot No. 215/216. Navi Mumbai is a good place to work, and this part of Thane has a nice feel to it. The 400706 area is fairly quiet compared to the main city, which we appreciate. Sea Spring Apt is a decent building, and being on the first floor in Flat 101 makes it easy for visitors to reach us without waiting forever for an elevator. We have turned the flat into a working space where we can focus on our housing projects. It is not your typical corporate environment. There are no cubicles here, just a lot of open space and tables where we discuss our plans. Shree Sai Raj Homes Llp has been part of the Nerul community for some time. We see our neighbors every day and that keeps us grounded. Most of what we do involves looking at plots and thinking about how to build homes for people around here. It is a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. We keep it simple. If you come by, you will probably find us mid-conversation about a new site or sorting through some local permits. It is a busy life but we enjoy the pace here. The office is usually open from early morning until late evening.
