SHIVSTHAPATYA INFRA LLP

Shivsthapatya Infra LLP is based over in Kamothe, in Sector 11. We are in Flat 205 of the Vakratund Cons building on Plot 25. Kamothe is a busy area with a lot of new buildings going up, so it feels right for an infra company to be here. Our office is just a regular flat we’ve set up for work. It’s not a big corporate space with a receptionist. Usually, it’s just a couple of us working through spreadsheets and looking at site plans. The room gets pretty bright in the afternoon because of the windows. We have some basic furniture and a lot of maps and documents pinned up. It’s a functional space, nothing more. We don't have a fancy website or a big social media presence. Most of our work comes from people we know or locals in the Navi Mumbai area. We just try to do our work properly and keep our records straight. Living and working in Kamothe means we are always around construction, which fits what we do. The building is decent, though the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle our projects well from this small flat. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the paper, but that’s how we know we’re actually working.
