SHIVSAI HOMES BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS LL P

We’ve been working out of Office No. 207 in Vikas Heights for a while now. If you know the area in Rambaugh, we are right across from the HDFC Bank on Santoshi Mata Road. It’s a busy spot but it works for us. SHIVSAI HOMES BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS LL P is basically just a group of us who handle local building projects. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Most days you'll find someone at the desk or we're out at a site checking on how things are going. Building houses takes a lot of time and there is always something that needs fixing or looking at twice. We try to keep things simple and just get the work done without making a big fuss about it. The office is easy to find if you're ever around the Santoshi Mata Road area. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. Sometimes the traffic near the bank is a bit much but being centrally located helps people find us. We handle the usual stuff like planning and construction. It’s not always easy work and there are plenty of long days, but that is just how the building business is. We like being part of the Rambaugh community. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just reliable enough that people know who to call when they need something built right in this part of town.
