Shivlaxmi Developers Llp

We are located at Shop No. 2 in the Bulphe Co Op Hsg society, right in Sector 9A of Vashi. It is a small shopfront that we have turned into our main office for Shivlaxmi Developers Llp. Vashi is a good place to be, and Sector 9A is a nice neighborhood where people actually know each other. We are just a small team of local people. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers. If you call, you will probably talk to one of the owners directly. We do various types of development work around here. It is a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and suppliers. The office is usually full of samples of tiles or bits of wood. It can get a bit cluttered, but that is just how we work. We don't really have a polished way of doing things. We just talk to people, figure out what they need, and try to build it. Some days the traffic in Vashi is a nightmare, but we manage. We have been in this shop for a few years now and it feels like home. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do decent work for the people in our community and earn a living. It’s a simple life and we are okay with that. We just focus on one project at a time.
