Shivesh Realty Private Limited is over in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Our office is Flat No 01 on the 1st floor of a building on Plot No 40/2 and 40/3 in Sector 07. Vashi is a very planned out area and Sector 07 is one of those spots that has a lot going on. Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for the elevator most of the time. The office is a converted flat, which gives it a more personal and less corporate feel. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the space to handle all our real estate work. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. Navi Mumbai is a bit quieter than the main city, but it’s still busy enough for us. We spend our hours here looking over documents and meeting with people who stop by. The neighborhood is full of other businesses and homes, so there is always a sense of activity around Plot 40/2. We try to keep things simple and don't go for any flashy decorations. It’s just a place to get work done and stay organized. Most of the time it’s just the hum of the air conditioner and the sound of traffic from the sector roads. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the location. It’s a straightforward setup for our daily operations.
