We operate out of Patel Height in Sector 7, Ghansoli. Our office is flat D202, so it’s a bit like working from home, which keeps things low-key and comfortable. Shivdhan'S Infra Llp is a small team focused on infrastructure work in and around the Navi Mumbai area. We don't go in for big advertisements or flashy presentations. Usually, it's just us sitting around the computer or out on a site making sure things are moving along. Being in Ghansoli means we’re close to a lot of new growth, and it’s interesting to see how the sector is changing. We handle the usual headaches of construction—delays, paperwork, and finding the right people for the job. It’s not always glamorous, and there are days when nothing seems to go right, but we just stick with it. We like the fact that we can run a professional operation without needing a massive corporate office. It keeps our costs down and lets us stay closer to the actual work. We aren't trying to be the biggest infra company in the country, just one that does a solid job for our clients. We value the relationships we’ve built in the neighborhood and try to be good neighbors ourselves while we go about our business. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when the whole crew is in, but we make it work.
