We spend most of our time out on various job sites or tucked away in our office on the 4th floor of Sheen Apartment. If you know the Rabodi area, you probably know exactly where the Rahmaniya Hotel is, and we are located right near there. We handle turnkey projects, which basically means we take a bare space and get it ready from start to finish. It’s a lot of coordinating with different people and making sure things actually get done on time. Sometimes the hallways in our building get a bit crowded, but it’s a good, central spot for us to be. We’ve been working in this part of town for a while now, dealing with all the little issues that come up when you’re renovating an old flat or setting up a new shop. Our desks are usually covered in messy drawings and scraps of paper with phone numbers for different suppliers. It isn't a fancy setup at all, just a regular flat in the building where we can sit down to plan out the next job. We handle the plumbing, the wiring, and all those bits that people don’t usually see but really need. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we keep at it. Usually, someone from our team is running down to the street to meet a delivery truck or check on a worker. We just try to keep things moving along so the owner doesn't have to worry about every tiny detail. It’s just us doing what we know.
