We've been here at Plot B-57 on Road No. 31 in the Wagle Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Most days are busy with the machines and making sure everything runs like it's supposed to. It’s a noisy area, but we like being right in the middle of all the industrial action. Sharpline Machinery Pvt Ltd isn't some fancy office; it’s a place where work actually gets done. Sometimes the floor is messy, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with heavy equipment and metal parts all day. We started out small and just kept going. There are a few of us here who have seen the neighborhood change over the years. You get used to the sounds of the trucks coming and going. We don’t really spend much time on fancy talk or brochures. People usually find us because they need something fixed or a part made, and they know where we are. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. The coffee in the breakroom isn't great, but it keeps us moving. We just focus on the job at hand and try to get home at a decent hour. Most of the guys here have been working with tools since they were kids. It’s what we know. If you walk down Road No. 31, you can’t miss us. It's just a regular shop doing regular work for people who need it. It’s simple.
