We are currently based out of Maithili CHS in Ravi Compound, occupying flats 103 and 104 for our daily operations. It is often a bit of a tight squeeze in here with all the files, blueprints, and material samples we keep lying around the place. Sharda Vastu Nirmitee Projects Llp is run by people who actually know how to get their hands dirty on a construction site rather than just sitting behind a desk. We do not spend much time on fancy marketing or advertisements because the actual work usually keeps us busy enough throughout the week. The morning usually starts with a flurry of phone calls to various vendors and checking if the supply trucks arrived at the sites on time. Ravi Compound is a decent spot to work from, though it certainly gets a bit crowded with vehicles during the middle of the day. Inside our office, things stay pretty casual and straightforward. We do not have a receptionist in a fancy suit or anything like that. Usually, you will just find one of us hunched over a floor plan or arguing on the phone about the current price of steel. We do real estate projects because it is what we have been doing for years. It is all about making sure the walls are straight and the plumbing works exactly like it is supposed to for the people moving in. We have our good days and our frustrating ones, but we keep showing up.
