Shamdev Niketa Realty Llp is based out of Thane, specifically at Chendani Naka. You can find us at Rakhi Sadan in Flat No 301. It is right in the Bhandarali area, which is a pretty well-known spot for locals. The office is on the third floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is always noisy with traffic and people moving about. We’ve been here in Thane for a bit, and we mostly handle property matters for folks around the Maharashtra region. Our setup is pretty simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files that seem to grow every week. It’s not a fancy place, but it works for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who are looking for a new place to stay or a shop to rent. Realty is a lot of back-and-forth, and we just try to keep things moving as best as we can. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just a normal day-to-day routine for us. We don't have a big marketing budget or any of that stuff. Most people just know us as the guys in Rakhi Sadan. It’s a 400601 area, and we’ve become quite familiar with all the lanes and buildings around here. We just come in, do the work, and go home like everyone else.
