Shahabad Developers Private Limited

We run things from apartment A/601 in the S'Hani S'Oham building over in Ambarnath East. It is a residential spot in Moriwali Pada, so it feels more like a home than a typical business office. Shahabad Developers Private Limited is basically us trying to make a living by putting up buildings in the Thane area. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We are just local people who understand the land around here. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local authorities or checking on how the cement is drying at a site. Ambarnath is growing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with all the changes. You might find us sitting around the kitchen table in the office talking about floor plans or why the plumber didn't show up. It is not always glamorous, and there is a lot of paperwork that seems to never end. We chose this location because it is easy for us to get around Thane from here. We do not pretend to be something we are not. We just build houses and shops, and we try to do it right the first time. The building is quiet usually, which is nice when we have to focus on the numbers. It is a straightforward business run by regular people who live and work in the same community.
