We’ve been working out of Sanpada for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at Sun Palm View, which is on Plot 1/1A in Sector 15. It’s a busy spot, but we like it here. My name is Narayan Sarda and I work alongside Gopal Sarda. We started Sealink Developers Llp to handle local building projects around this part of Navi Mumbai. Most days are spent looking at plans or heading out to sites to see how things are coming along. It’s not always easy, as things get delayed or the weather doesn't cooperate, but that's just how this business goes. Our office is in Room A 502. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find us. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of people, just a small team trying to get things built properly. We deal with a lot of paperwork and permissions, which takes up more time than you’d think. Sometimes we're here late finishing up drawings or talking to contractors about their schedules. Sanpada has changed a lot since we first set up shop, with more buildings and more people everywhere. We just focus on one project at a time and try to keep things moving forward. There’s always something to fix or a new problem to solve on a site. It keeps us on our toes. We don't have fancy brochures or anything, we just do the work as it comes.
